All shipping costs are not included in the prices listed and are displayed both in the shopping basket and when completing the order. We use GLS as our shipping service provider. You will receive an automatic e-mail with shipment tracking upon dispatch and can check the status of your order at any time.

We endeavour to ensure that all items are available for delivery, but cannot guarantee this.
We offer pre-orders for releases and special products. Should there be a shortage and we become aware of it, we will immediately discontinue this option and contact affected customers immediately.
Returns
If, despite our best efforts, a product arrives damaged, we will take care of an exchange quickly and easily. In this case, we will bear all costs incurred, such as return and reshipment.
If you do not like your order and return it after contacting us, you will be refunded the full purchase price including shipping costs. The statutory cancellation period of 14 days from receipt of the shipment applies here. The buyer has to pay the return costs.
We reserve the right to subsequently offset the shipping costs in the event of partial returns and, if applicable, if the parcel falls below the free shipping limit.
Parcel not collected/acceptance refused
If a parcel is not collected from the parcel station or even refused acceptance, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred.
