Shipping Update 2025 | Merchfox

Dear Nerds,

Due to rising costs and after extensive internal discussions, we are unfortunately forced to restructure our shipping as of early 2025. From now on, we can only deliver within Austria and to Germany. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated on any future changes.

But here’s some good news too:
After lengthy negotiations, we’ll soon be able to offer shipping via the Austrian Post (with DHL handling in Germany) in addition to GLS. Since many of you use parcel boxes and/or find that postal delivery simply works better in certain regions, we hope this will significantly improve our service for you.
