Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.

Some feelings are hard to put into words. But sometimes a single melody is enough to show a special person just how much they mean to you.
The big day has arrived: Saki’s piano recital is just around the corner! But shortly before her performance, she plucks up the courage to confess something to Kanon that’s been weighing on her heart for a long time.
Today, she just wants to play for Kanon.
A simple statement that means the world to both girls. For ever since their chance encounter on a rainy evening, a special bond has developed between them that seems to have long since gone far beyond ordinary friendship.
When Saki finally sits down at the piano and the first notes of “Clair de lune” ring out, something unexpected happens.
Kanon is overwhelmed by her emotions.
Although her hearing impairment causes her to perceive music differently, Saki’s performance moves her in a way she herself could hardly have expected. The melody—and above all, the meaning behind it—stirs something within her that can no longer be ignored.
And suddenly, Kanon is certain: she, too, absolutely must say something to Saki.
But will she find the courage to voice her thoughts and feelings? And what does this special moment mean for their relationship?
*The Moon on a Rainy Night 09* combines the tender girls’ love story of Saki and Kanon with an emotional musical climax. A heartfelt sequel about love, courage, and the realization that music can sometimes touch hearts even where words alone aren’t enough.
