Detective Conan 01

A brilliant young detective, a mysterious poison, and a rather unpleasant side effect: Suddenly, you’re a kid again! For Shinichi Kudo, this day is definitely not going according to plan.

Sixteen-year-old Shinichi Kudo is a passionate Sherlock Holmes fan and an exceptionally gifted detective. With his razor-sharp mind, impressive powers of observation, and an almost uncanny instinct for crime, he regularly amazes even experienced police officers.

But one day, when he tracks down two suspicious men, he finds himself in a dangerous situation. Shinichi is overpowered and given a mysterious poison that is actually meant to kill him.

Instead, something completely unbelievable happens: His body shrinks to the size of an elementary school child!

Fortunately, his brilliant mind remains unchanged. To keep his true identity a secret and track down those responsible for his transformation, Shinichi quickly adopts a new name: Conan Edogawa.

But life as a little boy comes with its share of difficulties. After all, it’s not so easy to catch dangerous criminals when adults barely take you seriously!

Together with his friend Ran Mori and her father, private detective Kogoro Mori, Conan begins a new life full of mysterious criminal cases, clever investigations, and surprising twists.

All the while, he’s pursuing one big goal: to find the mysterious men and finally get his original body back!

Detective Conan 01 marks the beginning of Gosho Aoyama’s legendary mystery manga series. Look forward to thrilling puzzles, tricky murder cases, plenty of humor, and a little detective who is far superior to his opponents in intellect.
