Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
In the distant future, the Devourer of Worlds, Galactus, has not only devoured Earth along with its superheroes, but has also depopulated the entire universe. His goal: the ultimate annihilation of all existence.
But there is still a glimmer of hope. The brilliant Valeria Richards and her loyal AI, HERBIE, traverse the endless expanse of space in search of their last hope—and along the way, they encounter the remains of the Fantastic Four’s most feared enemy: Doctor Doom.
To face the almighty Galactus, however, even Doom must rise above himself. What follows is a decisive battle of cosmic proportions—a duel that will determine the very existence of everything.
This standalone issue, penned by comic book masters Jonathan Hickman (X-Men, Fantastic Four) and Sanford Greene (Power Man & Iron Fist, Bitter Root), is not only a visual and narrative highlight but also a glimpse into the possible future of the Marvel Universe.
A cool single-issue comic featuring one of the main characters from the next Avengers movie—and posing the question: What if, of all people, Doctor Doom were the cosmos’s last hope?
