Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Teamwork makes us strong! At least until someone decides to feed the population manipulated human flesh and turn an entire city district into an explosive battlefield. Welcome to Lili-Men, where even lunch is a potential weapon of mass destruction.
In Lili-Men Volume 06, the bitter battle against Ukyo reaches its climax! Of all people, Kurogane discovers the special ability of his unique blood right in the middle of the fight: his true strength is only unleashed through cooperation with others. Together, the fighters finally manage to defeat Ukyo. A much-needed victory in a war where humanity has so far had about as much luck as a skydiver with a backpack full of bricks.
But while the fighters claim their victory, the horror in the autonomous district takes on entirely new dimensions. The residents have unwittingly eaten tampered human flesh that turns them into living bombs. And as if that weren’t repulsive enough, they also explode all at once. A nightmare that sets new standards even for the already grotesque world of Lili-Men.
Across 192 pages, Takuma Tokashiki once again delivers uncompromising action, unsettling body horror, and a story in which victory is far from a guarantee that anyone is safe.
Kurogane discovers the power of teamwork. Ukyo pays the price. And an entire city district experiences what is probably the worst case of food poisoning in manga history.
By now, at the very least, it should be clear why it’s better to double-check the ingredients when faced with unfamiliar meat dishes.
“What’s in that?” – “Explosives and human remains.” – “Oh, well then, I’ll just have the salad.”
