The colors of the rainbow snakes have gotten mixed up. Who can help put them back in order? Red with red, blue with blue, yellow with yellow—it’s not that hard. All you have to do is turn over the right cards, and the body parts will fit together perfectly. Even the youngest children will slither their way to victory with the greatest of fun. This popular color-matching game is a true classic that helps children ages 4 and up learn to distinguish and match colors in a playful way.
How to Play Rainbow Snake:
- Take turns revealing one card at a time from the stack and placing it next to another card on the table. You may only place pieces of the same color next to each other.
- If you can't place a revealed card anywhere that matches the color, place it separately to form a new line.
- If a snake consists of a head, a tail, and at least one middle section, then it is complete.
- If you can complete a row with a face-up card, you may place all the cards in that row in front of you as your winnings.
- The player with the most cards at the end wins.
