Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
A Passion for Art—and a Muse Who Changes Everything
Ever since his early childhood, Haro Ogawa has been haunted by one image: “The Naked Witch.” This single work of art moved the high school student so deeply that it has shaped his entire life. Fascinated by the expressiveness of the human body, he taught himself to paint nudes and devotes every spare minute to his passion for art and drawing.
Then the unthinkable happens.
Standing before him is Rei Kamio—a breathtaking beauty who bears a striking resemblance to the legendary “naked witch.” For Haro, a dream seems within reach. Without hesitation, he asks her to model for him—nude, of course. Because his goal is clear: He wants to pass the demanding entrance exam at the renowned Tokyo Geidai, Tokyo’s famous art college and a springboard for the country’s greatest talents.
Amid artistic ambition, youthful fascination, and the search for the perfect subject, an intense story unfolds about inspiration, self-discovery, and the boundaries between art and desire.
A provocative manga about nude painting, a passion for art, young talent, creative obsession, and the dream of being accepted into an elite art academy.
Also available as a variant cover edition—a must-have for collectors and manga fans.
