In the fourth season of the series "Stranger Things," some of the original characters move away from the small town of Hawkins, including Jonathan Byers, who heads to California. There, he meets Argyle, who drives a VW T3 van with the slogan "Surfer Boy" printed on it. The two set off on a journey across the western United States in the van to round up the original group and save Hawkins. The slogan belongs to a pizzeria where, later in the season, the monster Vecna is temporarily defeated.
