Bella Vista (GER)

Dream homes, coveted lots, and a city hall that takes a very close look at building codes!

In the delightful family game Bella Vista, you take on the role of ambitious architects and design a picturesque little town. Build magnificent structures, develop attractive neighborhoods, and try to amass as much wealth as possible through clever urban planning.

But the competition never sleeps! The best building lots are highly sought after and come at a price. If you want to succeed, you’ll need to strategically place your buildings, fulfill valuable contracts, and always keep an eye on the city hall’s building codes.

A pretty little house alone doesn't make for a successful architect!

Each building is a different size and must be carefully integrated into the city plan. It’s not just about choosing the right location—it’s also about the order in which you build.

With every new building, your little town continues to grow—and with it, the challenge of making the best decisions.

Once you have built your eight buildings, the game ends. The player who has accumulated the most wealth by then wins!

A real eye-catcher on the game table!

The high-quality game components are particularly impressive: Over 30 lovingly designed 3D buildings allow Bella Vista to gradually grow into a beautiful little town. A practical, high-quality slipcase ensures the houses are stored safely.

Thanks to the variable game board and changing building rules, every game offers new challenges. The easy-to-understand rules make it easy to get started, while the tactical decisions will delight even experienced players.
