Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
With the adventures of the young wizard Harry Potter, J. K. Rowling created one of the most successful and influential franchises in modern pop culture. What began as an idea conceived on a train ride grew into a magical world that captivated millions of readers and, with the film adaptations, became a global phenomenon. This comprehensive reference work traces the extraordinary success story of Harry Potter from the very first pages of the books to the latest projects.
Spanning 240 pages, this chronicle explores the making of all eight Harry Potter films, featuring stars such as Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint. It also covers the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them film series, the upcoming streaming series, and numerous behind-the-scenes details on the development of the Wizarding World universe. Exclusive “making-of” reports, interviews, biographies, and exciting behind-the-scenes insights round out the picture.
But the magic doesn’t end on the screen. The chronicle also explores the famous play *Harry Potter and the Cursed Child*, the studio tour near London, exhibitions, collectibles, merchandise, and the global fan community. A fascinating behind-the-scenes look for fans of Harry Potter, Hogwarts, the Wizarding World, fantasy films, film history, and pop culture who want to learn more about the creation and enduring success of this extraordinary universe.
