Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
A new school, new friends, a new chapter in life. It all sounds pretty harmless, really. If it weren’t for that one encounter, after which suddenly nothing seems certain anymore—not even one’s own perception.
A student begins his daily routine at a new school. But instead of ordinary classmates and everyday school problems, he encounters something that thoroughly shakes his understanding of reality.
There, he encounters a mysterious being that defies any simple explanation.
What at first seems like an unusual acquaintance develops into an increasingly unsettling experience. Fascination and fear lie alarmingly close together, while the boundaries between reality, imagination, and madness continue to blur.
Who—or what—is hiding behind this mysterious being? And can you even trust your own senses anymore?
With *Cold as Blue & Aggressive as Red, Volume 1*, mangaka tomomi draws you into a dark story that deliberately defies simple answers.
This atmospheric blend of horror, psychological thriller, and drama plays with identities, expectations, and human perception. An oppressive atmosphere and striking artwork ensure that even seemingly ordinary moments take on an eerie significance.
From the creator of *August 9th* and *I Will Be Eaten by You* comes a manga that not only incorporates classic horror elements but derives its suspense primarily from the unknown.
Is what you see actually real? Or has the madness already begun without you even noticing?
One thing is certain: this change of schools is likely to be far more unpleasant than any unannounced math test.
A fascinatingly unsettling opener for anyone who loves psychological horror, mysterious stories, and manga that eventually make you distrust even your own shadow.
