The God of Symbiotes is back—and he’s been in a better mood before. Well, actually, never. While Venom and his slimy kin believe Knull is finally history, the sinister ruler is enjoying the best of undead health. Well, at least he’s still alive. Unfortunately, he’s being held captive by Hela, the goddess of death, who would love nothing more than to harness his immense powers for her own sinister plans. Two power-hungry deities under one roof? That sounds like a decidedly uncomfortable living arrangement.
But Knull has no intention of surrendering to his fate. His plan: to break out, venture into the depths of the universe, and find a powerful weapon that will restore his former strength. It actually sounds pretty simple—if it weren’t for Hela, who unceremoniously sets Thanos on his trail. And when the mad Titan suddenly turns into a bounty hunter, even the God of Symbiotes might pause to wonder if he wouldn’t have been better off staying in prison after all.
Knull delivers a wonderfully dark blend of Marvel action, science fiction, and cosmic horror, in which two of the universe’s most dangerous beings are on a collision course. An absolute must-read for fans of Venom, symbiotes, and megalomaniacal supervillains. Because when Knull and Thanos clash, “the end of the world” is probably still the most optimistic prediction.
