Lightning Train (GER)

Lay tracks, transport goods, and really give the competition a run for their money!

In Lightning Train, you take control of your own railroad company and compete for the most lucrative routes in North America. Build train stations, expand your rail network, and supply booming cities with the goods they need. But be careful: Your fellow players have big plans too—and competition on the tracks is guaranteed!

At the heart of this challenging strategy game is a clever bag-building mechanism. Instead of collecting cards, you expand your personal bag with different tokens that determine your available actions. Depending on which tokens you draw, you can build new tracks, construct train stations, or deliver valuable cargo.

With every new chip, your railroad company continues to grow. Your success depends not only on the composition of your bag but also on how skillfully you combine the available actions. Thanks to the wide variety of chips, each game offers new opportunities to develop your very own strategy.

Eight regions, countless possibilities—and plenty of competition!

North America is waiting for you to explore it. But the best route isn’t always your own tracks! Skillfully use your rivals’ routes, secure key connections, and thwart your fellow players’ plans at the decisive moment.

Which train stations give you the biggest advantage? Which cargo shipments bring in the most money? And which trains can help you gain a decisive edge over the competition?

From the creative minds behind Dune: Imperium, you can expect a complex gaming experience full of tactical decisions, long-term planning, and exciting interactions between the railroad companies.
