Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
A Dangerous Awakening on the Planet Siline
Jecki Lon and Yord Fandar—two Padawans with completely different personalities—suddenly find themselves facing a mission that is anything but training. While their Jedi Masters are busy cleaning up a political disaster caused by a member of their own Order, the young Jedi apprentices become caught up in a traditional rite of passage on the planet Siline.
What initially sounds like a harmless ceremony quickly turns out to be a merciless struggle for survival: deadly trials, brutal challenges, and an atmosphere that grows more menacing with every passing hour. To survive—and to save their newfound friends—Jecki and Yord must rise above themselves. But to do so, they must first put their constant friction behind them and learn to trust one another.
A gripping adventure set in the Star Wars High Republic universe that not only tests the bond between two Padawans but also shows just how fine the line between trial and ruin can be.
A must-read for all fans of Star Wars: The High Republic—gripping, emotional, and full of suspense!
