- Three devastating weapon choices – Hellforged Sword, Daemonic Axe, or a pair of Malefic Talons
- Back-mounted chaos – choose between a pair of monstrous bat wings, gruesome trophy racks, or a corrupted Heretic Astartes backpack
- Six different head options – one for each Chaos God and two for Undivided Chaos
