“Base Seal X” is a non-toxic, water-based hobby product that contains acrylic particles. It creates a stable, long-lasting protective layer without compromising the details of your bases. The convenient 250-ml PET bottle features a special, resealable dropper cap—allowing you to easily control the amount dispensed and use the product sparingly.
This sealing agent is not only suitable for bases but can also be used on terrain pieces and scenery objects. It provides an even, transparent seal that makes the surfaces stand out even more. Once dry, “Base Seal X” is nearly transparent, allowing the details of your models and terrain elements to remain clearly visible and the colors to stand out beautifully.

With Seal X, you can permanently seal your custom-designed bases and protect them from wear and tear. The sealer provides stability without altering the appearance—for a durable and clean finish.
Usage:
Preparation
x Make sure the surface is dry and absorbent.
x The adhesive used must be completely dry to prevent it from reactivating.
Apply
x Use only 1–2 drops of Seal X per base (25 mm–32 mm). Depending on the size, you may need a few more...
x Carefully apply the drops to the finished base.
x Be sure to use this sparingly to achieve a natural result.
Drying
x Let the base dry thoroughly after application.
x Do not move or place anything on the sealer while it is still wet.
Notes:
x If used too liberally, the base can appear “spongy” or “swamp-like.”
x For best results, always use sparingly!
