Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.

Romeo and Juliet, the great tragic love story. Tono’s class is staging the classic for the school festival—and, of all people, Tono and Yaguchi get the lead roles. What could possibly go wrong?
The school festival is just around the corner, and Tono’s class has chosen a true classic for their performance: Romeo and Juliet. When it comes to casting, they quickly agree on at least one role—the universally popular Yaguchi is to play Juliet.
Romeo, on the other hand, is chosen by lottery. And of course, Tono is the one who gets picked.
For Tono, the prospect of sharing the stage with his crush couldn’t be better—if it weren’t for one small problem: No matter how hard he tries, the lines just won’t stick in his head.
That’s when Yaguchi’s suggestion to rehearse the play together comes at just the right time. Suddenly, the two are spending significantly more time together—and between memorized declarations of love and acted-out romance, it’s likely to become increasingly difficult for Tono to separate his real feelings from the performance.
Meanwhile, of course, Kashima is still around, and his interest in Tono hasn’t faded in the least. This provides a perfectly fitting theatrical backdrop for the already complicated emotional turmoil among the three of them.

Tono as Romeo, Yaguchi as Juliet, and Kashima somewhere in this love drama. Shakespeare would probably have gone to get some popcorn.
