Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.

The crossover that many fans have long hoped for—and could hardly believe would actually happen: Deadpool meets Batman! On the streets of Gotham City, swords, Batarangs, and plenty of sharp one-liners clash. Maybe even the famous grappling hook will fly—right at Deadpool.
Because Wade Wilson, the mercenary with the big mouth, has taken on a new mission—and it’s taking him to Gotham, of all places. A city that already has a pretty dedicated protector. Naturally, Batman isn’t at all pleased that a chaotic antihero like Deadpool has suddenly shown up there. But will the world’s greatest detective end up reluctantly supporting Deadpool—or will he simply chase him out of his city?
The answer is still anyone’s guess. The only thing that’s certain is that for Wade Wilson, this mission is likely to be… pretty stressful.
Written by Zeb Wells (Amazing Spider-Man) and spectacularly illustrated by superstar Greg Capullo, whose dynamic artwork has already left its mark on numerous Batman adventures.
