The crossover fans have long dreamed of: Deadpool meets Batman! In the dark streets of Gotham City, two completely different worlds collide—and it’s not just wisecracks flying, but also swords, Batarangs, and maybe even Batman’s grappling hook.
Because Wade Wilson, the mercenary with the infamous loose tongue, has taken on a new mission—and it’s leading him to Gotham, of all places. It goes without saying that someone there is already keeping a very close eye on who’s causing chaos in his city. Batman is anything but thrilled about Deadpool’s arrival. But will the world’s greatest detective reluctantly support Wade—or make it clear to him that Gotham is no playground for mercenaries?
It remains to be seen how this encounter will turn out. The only thing that’s certain is that this job is likely to be… pretty unpleasant for Deadpool.
Written by Zeb Wells (Amazing Spider-Man) and spectacularly brought to life by superstar Greg Capullo, whose dynamic artwork has already left its mark on numerous legendary Batman comics.
