Game of Thrones Card Game: The Iron Throne LCG—The Princes of the Sun Expansion
Amid the glistening dunes of the south lie the cities and palaces of the Dornish Kingdom. The sun-tanned people of this rugged land have set their sights on the heart of Westeros. Their burning desire for revenge for an unforgivable humiliation has driven the spies, fighters, and assassins of the Sun Kingdom to the brink of war.
Game of Thrones: The Card Game is a game of epic battles and intrigue in which players fight for the Iron Throne as one of the six great houses of Westeros. Characters from George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” series help players in military campaigns, political intrigues, and power struggles.
The Princes of the Sun expansion for Game of Thrones: The Card Game brings the vengeful House Martell into the fray. It contains 180 cards (60 different cards, each in triplicate), including Prince Doran and Princess Arianne Martell, Areo Hotah, Ser Arys Oakheart, and none other than the deadly Red Viper himself: Oberyn Martell. In addition to a wide range of new strategic and tactical possibilities, as well as brand-new deck-building options, this expansion includes the rules for a new game variant, “Civil War,” in which players battle for the limited resources of a single deck.
