Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
When Godzilla shows up in the Marvel Universe, even a friendly “Please don’t step on the buildings!” won’t help. The legendary King of the Monsters has decided to pay a visit to the comic book world’s greatest superheroes—and as usual, instead of bringing gifts, he’s bringing radioactive breath and widespread destruction. In six spectacular crossover stories, the Japanese cult icon from Toho meets Marvel’s most powerful heroes. The Fantastic Four desperately try to stop the gigantic visitor. But anyone who’s ever seen a Godzilla movie knows: Reason, good arguments, and a polite request to leave rarely get you very far with this guy.
And the guest list just keeps getting longer! The Hulk and General Ross’s Anti-Kaiju Unit set their sights on the Monster King, while Spider-Man, in his black Alien costume, suddenly finds himself facing a problem that’s a few sizes too big—even by his standards. The X-Men of the ’90s, Thor, and the New Avengers are also drawn into the gigantic chaos. When Kumonga, Jet Jaguar, and Fin Fang Foom join the fray, the Marvel Universe is finally transformed into a playground for oversized monsters. Collateral damage? Let’s not even go there.
Godzilla vs. the Marvel Universe Variant brings together six explosive stories packed with superheroes, monsters, and wonderfully over-the-top kaiju action. This exclusive variant edition is limited to just 150 copies, making it a highly sought-after collector’s item for Marvel and Godzilla fans. Because while Godzilla reduces entire cities to rubble and ashes, something else entirely could spell disaster for collectors: missing out on this rare edition!
