Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Gwendolyne Poole actually had everything you could want in a comic book heroine: action, chaos, tons of fun—and the knowledge that she lives in a world whose rules she understands better than anyone else. But something has changed. And dramatically so.
Gwenpool, the quirky whirlwind from the real world, suddenly seems different. Darker. More unpredictable. More brutal. What happened to the character who used to stroll through the Marvel Universe with a twinkle in her eye? And why does Gwen Stacy—of all people, Spider-Man’s tragically deceased love interest—seem to play a role in this transformation?
As events come to a head, another enigmatic figure emerges: the so-called Architect. Someone who apparently knows more about reality itself than he lets on—and whose influence is far more far-reaching than it initially appears.
This story turns the familiar Gwenpool concept on its head and takes it into much more serious, deeper waters. A mix of meta-humor, identity crisis, and genuine threat, it shows that even the most laid-back heroine can reach her limits.
Gwenpool is back—but not as we know her. And that’s exactly what makes this story so exciting.
