COMMANDER DRAFT IS HERE. Draft with the very first booster packs made for Commander—a Magic format all about battling your friends in epic multiplayer games. Grab 3 packs, pick 2 cards at a time, add a few lands to build a 60-card Commander deck—and show off your skills in exciting free-for-all games with up to 8 friends.
2 LEGENDS PER BOOSTER. Each Commander Legends Draft booster pack contains 2 legendary cards—enhance your deck with reprints of classic Commanders or one of the 71 Commanders from this set.
INTRODUCING: ETCHED PREMIUM CARDS. Commander Legends features new, special premium cards—etched premium cards with beautiful metal frames. Some Commander Legends Draft boosters contain an etched legendary premium showcase card or a regular premium Planeswalker card without a border.
Here's how a draft with Commander legends works:
1. Grab 3 boosters and draft 2 cards at a time.
Unlike in other Commander formats, you can draft and play as many copies of the same card as you like. Remember to keep an eye out for powerful legendary creatures for your commander!
2. Build a 60-card Commander deck.
Add a few countries and build your deck. Let your commander guide you! Every legendary creature card in the set can shine with the right support. Read through them carefully and look for cards that complement their strengths.
3. Battle against 4–8 friends.
Draft with four or eight players, then play in groups of four. In every Commander Legends draft, the tide ebbs and flows, alliances are forged, friends are betrayed, and every hostile move is repaid twofold. But in the end, only one remains… until the next draft, of course!
CONTENTS: 20 Magic cards + 1 token/promotional card per pack, including 2 Legendary cards, at least 1 Rare card, and at least 1 Premium card.
