Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
A Journey into the Realm of Darkness!
The TV series based on the comic—coming to FOX in Germany starting June 6, 2016.
All his life, Kyle Barnes has been plagued by apparitions from the realm between. But he has reached the end of his patience. He wants answers at last, even though he suspects that no relief from his torment may await him at the end of his journey. His mother, too, was possessed by evil spirits, and his fate seems predetermined … In the small town in West Virginia that he calls home—where Reverend Anderson stands by his side in the fight against a spreading demonic realm—Kyle faces more than just the dark forces. Neighbors, cops, and even a private investigator have set their sights on him… Kyle’s journey into the realm of darkness begins!
Robert Kirkman has a knack for finding exceptional artists. With Paul Azaceta—whom Mike Mignola had already recruited as the artist for B.U.A.P. 1946 (published in HELLBOY UNIVERSUM 1) and who delivered a compelling performance across the board here—Kirkman once again brings in an artist who knows exactly how to bring his dark stories to life!
The collected edition will include U.S. issues 1 (double the usual length) through 6.
