Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Sometimes you have to step outside your comfort zone to discover new perspectives. And sometimes, of all things, a mishap brings you a step closer to your dreams.
Haro wants to surpass himself as an artist. To further develop his skills, he travels to Tokyo and enrolls in a summer course at an art preparatory school. Between new experiences, ambitious classmates, and the challenge of finding his own artistic voice, an exciting time lies ahead for him.
But no sooner has he arrived than things go wrong for the first time: due to a misunderstanding, Haro suddenly finds himself without a place to stay! Luckily, he meets Chifuyu, a fellow student in his class, who quickly helps him out of his predicament. She, too, has a big dream, but has already failed the entrance exam twice. Still, giving up is out of the question for her.
As a thank-you, Haro invites his new acquaintance on a trip to Tokyo Tower. High above the city’s rooftops, between the endless sky and the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, the two make an unexpected discovery …
Volume 5 of 10 in the heartfelt manga series *Sora Wo Matotte – Wrapped in the Sky* tells a story of artistic passion, new encounters, and the courage to hold on to one’s dreams despite setbacks.
A wonderful recommendation for anyone who loves quiet, heartfelt stories about growing up, art, and finding one’s own path.
Because sometimes all it takes is a new perspective to realize just how many possibilities still lie ahead.
