Our comics, manga, and books are standard retail items and—unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific item—are not sold as flawless collector’s items or graded copies.
All items from our online store are also part of our in-store selection. They are typically displayed unboxed on the shelves so that our customers can view and browse through them. If there are multiple copies of a title available, some of them may still be in their original packaging or shrink-wrapped.
Comics and books, in particular, sometimes arrive with minor signs of wear resulting from production, shipping, or storage—such as fine scratches, creases, or slight visual imperfections. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Over time, additional minor wear may also occur due to display in the store.
If you place particular importance on the item being in the best possible condition or in its original packaging, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the item you’re interested in and can send you photos in advance if needed.
Of course, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Before the next massive Spider-Verse event rocks the multiverse, the web between worlds opens once again! Even before the deadly spider hunters known as the Inheritors return, this volume takes a wild look at alternate realities filled with completely crazy variations on the Spider-Man mythos.
Here, Spider-Punk fights not only for good music, but also against oppression and chaos. The futuristic heroine Peni Parker, aka SP//dr, engages in explosive battles with dangerous robots, while in another reality, Uncle Ben has actually survived and is hunting down criminals alongside the young Peter Parker. And as if that weren’t crazy enough, the Superior Octopus is suddenly protecting San Francisco. Yeah… the Spider-Verse remains completely out of control.
This volume serves as the official prologue to the new Spider-Verse event and offers plenty of spectacular glimpses into alternate universes filled with crazy web-slingers, futuristic worlds, and creative parallel realities. Fans of multiverse stories are in for a real treat here.
A special highlight: The collection also includes a story by Gerard Way, the creator of The Umbrella Academy—featuring his signature blend of offbeat ideas, action, and extraordinary storytelling.
An absolute must-have for fans of Spider-Man, Spider-Verse, Marvel Comics, alternate realities, multiverse adventures, and creative versions of the wall-crawler from all kinds of parallel worlds.
