Supergirl (2026) 3

A family dinner with Superman? What could possibly go wrong?

It actually sounds like a pretty laid-back evening: Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl, is invited to dinner with Superman at the Danvers family’s house. A little family time, good food, and maybe—for once—no disaster to prevent.

Well. Welcome to the life of a superheroine!

Because, of course, nothing goes as planned. Before Kara knows it, she’s suddenly turned into a mermaid. And as if that weren’t absurd enough, a dangerous secret from her past resurfaces—one that could have deadly consequences.

Amid unexpected transformations, family entanglements, and dark revelations, the steel-willed heroine must also face a challenge that even her Kryptonian powers haven’t necessarily prepared her for: alcoholic drinks!

Will super strength, heat vision, and the ability to fly really help in this kind of adventure?

With *Supergirl 3*, comic artist and writer Sophie Campbell delivers a wonderfully unconventional mix of superhero action, offbeat humor, and personal conflicts. Here, Kara not only gets to save the world but also reveal her very own—and sometimes quite chaotic—personality.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Supergirl at her best: Kara Zor-El juggling superhero duties, family life, and completely unexpected problems.
• A dinner with consequences: A visit to the Danvers’ house with Superman takes a decidedly unusual turn.
• Mermaid Instead of Supergirl: A bizarre transformation causes plenty of chaos.
• Secrets from Kara’s past: A dangerous revelation presents the heroine with a serious challenge.
• Humor Meets Superhero Action: Whimsical situations, personal moments, and just the right amount of Kryptonian power.
• By Sophie Campbell: A unique and fresh take on the beloved DC heroine.

Superpowers are handy. Still, a normal everyday life would be nice sometimes.

Supergirl 3 shows that even one of the most powerful heroines in the DC Universe can’t be prepared for every surprise—especially when family, the past, and a spontaneous mermaid transformation all come into play at once.

For everyone who loves Supergirl not just as Superman’s cousin, but as a heroine in her own right—with character, humor, and plenty of chaos.

Because let’s be honest: Fighting supervillains is one thing. Getting through a family dinner without any mishaps is apparently something else entirely.
